Why can’t I restore an in-app purchase?

Thanks for buying one of our apps! Sorry to hear you are having problems restoring an in-app purchase. Make sure the device is logged in to the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.

1) Go to the device settings

2) Press iTunes & App Store

3) Check the Apple ID shown at the top of the screen is correct. If not, log out and log back in with the correct Apple ID on this screen.

4) Open the app and go to the Grown-Ups area

5) Press Settings, then press ‘Restore’


If this doesn’t resolve things, please email us at and we’ll put things right. Please let us know what you see when you press the Restore button e.g. any error messages.
